I have been introduced to Rapé in 2020 and I found that it was able to guide me through many tight passages. I usually stop working with it until the urge gets stronger and stronger and then I pick it up again. I found that if I would constantly be working with Rapé that my shadow would get too big and take over.
To me Rapé is a valuable companion, but also a reminder that nature has many facets. Nature can be soft and gentle and so there are more piercing, but also more grounding Rapé variants. I usually let my feeling decide what is needed and then I keep bursting my bubble and pushing through restricting boundaries.
To me Rapé is a challenge. It is no piece of cake, but medicine for a warrior.
