Ceremonial Cocoa “Power Recipe”

Lion’s Mane (Hericio Erinaceus): It is a non-psychedelic medicinal mushroom, with powerful properties that enhance mental clarity and concentration. Buddhist monks used lion’s mane mushrooms to improve their mental abilities and increase their concentration during meditation. It is also known as “monkey head mushroom”.

Cardamom: It is known as “the queen of spices”, traditionally used to enhance the properties of cocoa, clears the mind, increases blood flow and stimulates natural heat production. The Cardamom contained in this cocoa is produced by Q’eqchi Mayan farmers from the Alta Vera Paz region in Guatemala.

Ceylon Cinnamon: Traditionally used to increase circulation, it is rich in antioxidants and cinnamaldehyde, which have powerful antifungal and antibacterial properties.

Vanilla: Both the Aztecs and the Mayans used vanilla to enhance the properties of cocoa, and as an aphrodisiac element.
